I honestly do not know how I would survive if I was not able to go outside. I certainly would not have survived the first couple weeks of college. Anytime that I am stressed, anxious, upset, mad, or unmotivated, I know that going outside or even just opening a window helps me relax. The first couple weeks of college, I would get mini panic attacks in the hallways because there were so many people. I would just go outside and sit for a little and breathe, then I would be able to go back inside to my next class. It is so calming to just sit outside, breathe fresh air, feel the wind, and watch the animals.
